top: forever 21 / shorts: thrifted / shoes: h&m / headpiece: vintage Wednesday Addams is one of my all-time favorite style icons. Alongside her unimaginable level of apathy and her perfect dead-eye look, the girl knows a solid white collar when she sees one. I am never able to resist a perfectly collared top, especially when it's a white/black combination. The combo is timeless and goes with absolutely everything. As I have proclaimed many a time before, a collar makes me holler.
I found these shorts at the thrift store and rolled the shorts up just a bit so they were less mom-ish. The lightwash floral pattern was too delightfully 90s kitsch to resist. As for this headpiece, I've been searching high and low for a hat that doubled as a giant Bardot-inspired bow. I finally found this velvet gem in an antique warehouse for just $10! I will definitely be wearing it a bunch.
Do you have an off-the-beaten-path style icon?
